HELLO, WE ARE CAPSERVICES UK

We are a Company Service Provider, registered with HMRC.

Capricorn UK was founded in 2009 with one of its key strategic pillars being multi-family services.
Capricorn Capital Partners is a family- owned private investment firm with offices in Johannesburg, London, Hong Kong and Malta. The firm’s approach and investment philosophy are grounded in family values. Capricorn builds intergenerational businesses and teams that develop long-term value growth for all stakeholders.
The Capricorn Corporate Services group was established primarily to provide corporate services for the Capricorn group of companies. With our personal and proactive approach, we have expanded to be able to offer these services to third party clients. We allow our clients to focus on their business needs while we take care of their administrative, bookkeeping, secretarial and statutory needs.

Our objective has always been to offer a professional quality service usually associated with a larger firm, but with the pragmatism, flexibility, and personal touch of a smaller focused team in a family office environment.
