The Register of Overseas Entities came into force in the UK on 1 August 2022 through the new Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022.

We offer a service to ensure that registration with Companies House is completed after the required verification checks are done. We are a UK-regulated agent, holding a Companies House agent assurance code, who is able to complete verification checks on all beneficial owners and managing officers of overseas entities before they can be registered.
Overseas entities who want to buy, sell or transfer property or land in the UK, must register with Companies House and identify their registrable beneficial owners or managing officers as an overseas entity with property assets in the UK.
Annual updates are also required. We can either do the full update, or assist with the verification checks only – we offer you the flexibility to decide.
